Do credits expire?

Never. Credits stay in your account until you use them, even between school years.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Once spent, credits aren't refundable.

How do streak bonuses work?

Each day you complete at least one practice activity, you earn 5 free credits. Build a 7-day streak for a bonus 25 credits, and a 30-day streak unlocks a permanent 10% bonus on all future purchases.

Are the unlimited pass and credits cumulative?

Yes — Unlimited Pass holders still earn streak credits, which they can keep for after their subscription ends or gift to friends (coming soon).
